I would just simply set them up as "offline" (manual) loan accounts with a Scheduled Reminder to record the monthly payment from your checking account.Typical call center role, mandatory over time, performance tracking, angry callers, busy lines. Overall once you get the hang of things the job is easy. It is more of a mental battle talking to people who are angry about mortgage payments issues and getting request done soon.
